Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Male, aged between 30-45 years.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields. 
  3. More than 2 years of experience in organizing off-site marketing activities, booth setups, and events. 
  4. Good personality, confident, and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  5. Strong communication skills, coordination abilities, confident in presenting and discussing work, and creative thinking. 
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team, get along well with colleagues, and actively contribute to team efforts. 
  7. Proficient in computer usage and capable of preparing summary reports at a good level. 
  8. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. 
  9. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage. 
  10. Previous experience working with automotive companies is an advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Organize and coordinate marketing activities both on-site and off-site (Events, outdoor booth activities, central marketing activities, and other off-site activities as assigned).
  2. Coordinate with clients, partners, and others of the company through various channels as assigned.
  3. Coordinate between clients and the company regarding membership renewals, details, benefits, and ensure the process is completed smoothly.
  4. Assist and support the marketing team to ensure that activities run smoothly.
  5. Participate in trips and off-site activities with clients as assigned.
  6. Prepare plans and reports on marketing activities and provide summaries to management.
